Thrissur Pooram is a famous Temple festival of Kerala held at Thrissur at Thrissur Vadakkunnathan Temple. Thrissur Pooram is known as the pooram of all poorams(പൂരങ്ങളുടെ പൂരം). It has won the UNESCO Award for the "most spectacular festival event on the planet."The numerous elephants, drumming drummers, street vendors etc makes the pooram an unforgettable event.
