Coconut (നാളികേരം) is a major cash crop of Kerala. Coconut trees are common every where here. Products like coconut oil,coconut chips, etc.are extracted from coconut and rope, furniture, cleaning brush, fire wood, etc. from coconut tree. More over it is closely related with the culture of Kerala. Very sadly the rate of coconuts are diminishing year by year. Poor Keralites don't know how to come over their fate.
